Pinnacle Golf Club proudly announces its historic role as the host venue for the inaugural Women's Golf Mid-American Conference (MAC) Championship, taking place from Friday, April 19th, to Tuesday, April 23rd, 2024. Set against the backdrop of our renowned Lanny Wadkins signature designed course, this championship marks a significant milestone for Pinnacle Golf Club, bringing top-tier collegiate golf to our pristine grounds for the first time.

Founded in 2007, Pinnacle Golf Club is a distinguished private, members-only golf club located just ten minutes from downtown Columbus, Ohio. Situated on over 200 acres of naturally shaped, picturesque terrain, our championship course has earned acclaim for providing a spectacular golfing experience. Pinnacle Golf Club goes beyond golf, encompassing Cimi’s Bistro, a dining facility open to the public, and Pinnacle Events, featuring a 400-seat banquet facility available for a range of occasions.
Hosting the Women's Golf MAC Championship

Friday, April 19th, 2024: Practice Round 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Saturday, April 20th, 2024: Practice Round 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Sunday, April 21st, 2024: Round One tee times begin at 9:30 am.
Monday, April 22nd, 2024: Round Two tee times begin at 9:30 am.
Tuesday, April 23rd, 2024: Final Round tee times begin at 9:00 am.

Absolutely, Charlie. The strategy aspect is what really elevates these championships. I think it also helps the players develop skills they can take into pro tours later on.

From interviews I read, the players really appreciated the challenge Pinnacle offered. A few mentioned that some holes were especially tricky but in a good way — it made them focus more on strategy rather than just power shots.
