What’s New for 2026: A Digital Calendar Built for You

Our new digital calendar allows members to sync Pinnacle events directly to their personal calendars using a simple .ics file—compatible with Apple, Google, and Outlook calendars, and accessible on both Apple and Android devices.

With just a few clicks, you can:

• Sync club events directly to your phone or computer

• Choose to download all events or only the categories you care about (dining, women’s golf, or just family events)

• View full event details directly in your personal calendar

• Receive reminders so you never miss an event

• Enjoy automatic updates if event details change

• Unsubscribe from any calendar at any time

It’s convenience designed with our members—and future members—in mind.

How to Access the Digital Calendar

The digital calendar can be accessed through the Club Calendar PDF that was emailed to all members (Tuesday, January 20th).

Step 1: Access the Club Calendar PDF

• Click the calendar PDF provided via email

• For the easiest experience:

  • Apple users: open the calendar PDF on your mobile device

  • Android users: open the calendar PDF on your desktop or laptop

From there, simply select the event category (or categories) you’d like to sync.

For Apple Users

1. Open the Calendar PDF on your device (mobile recommended).

2. Click the button under the calendar you wish to add.

3. The iCal URL will open automatically.

4. When prompted, select “Add to Calendar.”

5. The selected calendar will now appear in your calendar app and will update automatically when new events or event details are added.

Tip: Make sure your calendar is set to sync so updates appear across all your Apple devices.

For Android / Google Calendar Users

Step 1: Open the Calendar PDF on a computer

• Hover over the calendar button you wish to download.

• Right-click and select Copy Link / Copy URL / Copy Link Location.

Step 2: Open Google Calendar

• Visit Google Calendar in your browser.

• Sign in to your Google account.

Step 3: Add the Calendar

• Click the “+” next to Other calendars in the left sidebar.

• Select “From URL.”

• Paste the iCal URL from the PDF.

• Click Add Calendar.

Step 4: Sync to Your Android Device

• The calendar will automatically appear in the Google Calendar app on your phone.

• Updates may take a few hours to refresh, but the calendar will stay up to date.

Tip: Mac or Apple users can follow these same steps to add the calendar to Google Calendar if preferred.
