Our Food & Beverage department plays a key role in delivering on that promise, and we’re currently seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Manager to join our team.
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency across both our public restaurant, Cimi’s Bistro, and our exclusive members-only areas. This is a rare opportunity to work in a premier private club setting, receiving mentorship from experienced professionals and growing your career in food and beverage operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Service Excellence: Ensure that every member and guest receives top-tier service, creating memorable dining experiences.
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling and ensuring compliance with club standards.
Team Leadership: Lead by example and provide ongoing training and support to ensure the front-of-house team thrives.
Collaboration: Work closely with the club’s F&B leadership team to foster a positive and professional work environment.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a proactive individual with a professional demeanor who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in food & beverage operations is preferred but not required; we’re open to training passionate individuals who want to grow in both public F&B and private club setting.
