Spring is in the air, the eggs are ready to be hunted, and the ham (and lamb!) are ready to be carved! Join us for a joyful Easter celebration at Pinnacle Golf Club on Easter Sunday, April 5th in the beautiful Pinnacle Grand Ballroom—where family traditions are made and memories are served buffet-style!
Easter Sunday Brunch BUFFET in the Ballroom
Let’s make one thing abundantly clear:
This is an ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT, self-served Brunch BUFFET held in the Pinnacle Grand Ballroom. It is separate from Cimi’s Bistro Easter (the on-site restaurant—open to the public) Brunch programming.
In the Ballroom, you’ll enjoy a grand, festive buffet experience—featuring carving stations, a pancake bar, and a decadent dessert spread—all set up for you to explore and enjoy at your own pace. Come hungry!
Seating Times
Morning Seating: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon Seating: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Seating is limited and this beloved event fills quickly—so be sure to reserve early!
And yes… the Easter Bunny will be hopping by for a special guest appearance!

Your reservation will be billed directly to your member charge account.
Non-Members
Our team will email you a PayPal invoice within 2–4 business days after processing your reservation.
Once received, you will have 48 hours to submit payment.
Failure to submit payment within that window may result in loss of your seating or reservation.
Please note: The confirmation email you receive after submitting your reservation form is NOTÂ your PayPal invoice.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel before 12:00 PM on Monday, March 23rd → Full refund
Cancel before 12:00 PM on Monday, March 30th → 50% refund
After 12:00 PM on Monday, March 30th → No refunds (as our kitchen will have finalized ordering)

If you’d rather order from a menu and be served at your table, Cimi's Bistro is offering separate Easter Sunday Brunch and Dinner service.
This is not the buffet and is held in the Bistro—not in the Ballroom. Cimi's Bistro at Pinnacle Golf Club is OPEN to the public (you do not have to be a member in order to dine)!
