Lisa Bapst

Lisa is the Director of Event/ Sales and Catering at Pinnacle Golf Club. With over 15 years of experience in the field, Lisa is responsible for selling and planning a wide range of events, including weddings, golf outings, and social and corporate gatherings, held in the Grand Ballroom and Loft/Rooftop. She joined Pinnacle Golf Club in 2006, bringing her expertise and passion for the hospitality industry.

Lisa studied at Ambassador University in Pasadena, California, where she honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of event management. What she enjoys most about her job is working closely with members and clients, guiding them through every step of the event planning process and surpassing their expectations.

Having previously worked in Convention Sales for Hyatt Hotels in downtown Columbus, Lisa discovered her love for selling and the hospitality industry. It's this passion that inspires her to pursue excellence in her current role at Pinnacle Golf Club.

Among her accomplishments, Lisa takes great pride in Pinnacle Golf Club being recognized as the #1 Wedding Venue in Central Ohio in 2023. This achievement reflects her dedication to providing exceptional service and creating memorable celebrations for clients.

Lisa appreciates the collaborative and supportive culture at the club, where she works closely with an incredible team to serve members and customers on a daily basis. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys staying active through exercise, exploring new destinations while traveling, and cherishing quality time with friends and family.

When it comes to customer service, Lisa's approach is rooted in listening attentively to customers' needs, instilling confidence in the club's services, and meticulously documenting every detail. By doing so, she ensures that each event is executed flawlessly and exceeds expectations.
