About the Role
We are actively seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Banquet Servers. As a Banquet Server, you will play an essential role in our event side, serving at weddings, corporate events, golf outings, and various celebrations hosted by Pinnacle. Additionally, you will be responsible for serving at our annual Santa Brunch, Easter Brunch, and Mother's Day Brunches.
Responsibilities:
Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner during events and brunches.
Set up banquet tables, ensuring they are properly arranged and decorated according to event specifications.
Clear tables efficiently and promptly, ensuring a clean and organized environment for guests.
Collaborate with the event team to coordinate timing and ensure smooth service throughout the event.
Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or special requests.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens and decorations.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
Work as a team player, supporting and assisting fellow banquet staff as needed.
Uphold a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old to apply!
Weekend and late night availability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic event environment.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as per event schedules.
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/move event equipment.
Prior experience as a banquet server or in a similar role preferred.
Understanding and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Team player mentality with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
As a Banquet Server you can expect to work Friday, Saturday, and/ or Sunday hours, with shifts typically starting in the afternoon, working on an hourly pay wage.
