ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking meticulous and organized individuals to join our team as Event Setup Staff. As an Event Setup Staff member, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of all events hosted by Pinnacle. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up and breaking down event spaces, following diagrams and instructions, and ensuring the storage areas remain clean and organized.

Set up event spaces according to diagrams and instructions, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment as required.
Pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate placement of tables, chairs, and other items, following the designated layouts.
Read carefully written instructions regarding linen types and sizes for each designated table, ensuring proper setup.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, ensuring equipment is stored appropriately and efficiently.
Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure timely and efficient event setup and breakdown.
Follow safety protocols when handling heavy equipment and ensure proper lifting techniques are employed.
Assist in the transportation and movement of event equipment as needed.
Communicate any equipment issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while working in a fast-paced event environment.
Adhere to company policies and guidelines, including dress code and professional conduct.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret diagrams and written instructions accurately.
Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy equipment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per event schedules.
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions effectively.
Prior experience in event setup or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient setup and breakdown of events.
Knowledge of proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic event environment.
