Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain golf carts for players, ensuring they are clean and stocked with necessary items.

• Assist golfers with placing their golf bags on carts and provide personalized service throughout their visit.

• Greet members and guests warmly, fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf facility, including cart staging and practice areas.

• Retrieve and clean golf clubs after play, ensuring they are returned in excellent condition.

• Tend to practice facilities such as the range and putting greens, ensuring they are well-maintained and stocked.

• Operate range carts/ ball pickers to collect and clean range balls, ensuring a constant supply.

• Collaborate with team members to coordinate range maintenance and ensure availability of supplies.

• Provide assistance and guidance to golfers, answering questions and supporting their needs.

• Uphold golf course policies and safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Physical stamina for light manual tasks and operating range equipment.

• Knowledge of golf etiquette and rules preferred.
