About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Greens Crew. As a member of the Greens Maintenance you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty and playability of our golf course. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of course conditions.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks on the golf course, including mowing, edging, and trimming of greens, fairways, roughs, raking bunkers, and other playing areas.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of equipment storage areas, ensuring tools and machinery are stored properly after use.
Monitor and report any course issues, such as damaged grass, tree hazards, or drainage problems, to the appropriate personnel.
Follow established schedules and guidelines for fertilization, weed control, and pest management, under the direction of the Golf Course Superintendent.
Collaborate with other crew members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
Uphold a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of course maintenance.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply!
Ability to operate and maintain a variety of landscape equipment and machinery.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions and lift/ move heavy objects.
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as per golf course requirements.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
