About the Role

We are seeking a Set-Up Supervisor to join our team, responsible for coordinating and participating in various aspects of event set-up and removal.

This position involves leading staff and ensuring efficient execution in the following areas:

  • Reading and applying function sheets to set up and dismantle banquet room configurations.

  • Arranging stationary buffets and adjusting room layouts on short notice.

  • Moving and arranging tables, chairs, ceremony setups, silverware, dinnerware, and beverage stations.

  • Ensuring tables are clothed, skirted, and properly arranged.

  • Handling changes to room setups promptly and safely.

  • Communicating with event organizers to understand and implement setup requirements.

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage and equipment areas.

  • Performing routine maintenance on equipment.


  • Previous setup experience preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.

  • Strong communication skills, including professional interaction with clients.

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Attention to detail, reliability, and basic mathematical skills.

  • Proficiency in reading comprehension and knowledge of measurements.

  • Valid driver's license.


Hours are event and business-based, primarily mornings and days, with occasional evening shifts.
